PURPOSE AND VISION

ZERO-TOLERANCE APPROACH
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward corruption, bribery, and unethical practices. All forms of corruption —whether in the form of bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments, embezzlement, or nepotism—are strictly prohibited.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITES
Employees, contractors, and stakeholders are strictly forbidden toOffer, give, solicit, or accept bribes in any form, whether monetary or non-monetary, to influence decisions or secure advantages. Engage in fraudulent activities, including falsifying documents, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of funds. Participate in any activity that constitutes a conflict of interest.
GIFTS, HOSPITALITY, AND SPONSORSHIPS
Gifts and hospitality must be modest, appropriate, and transparent, aligning with local customs and company guidelines. Any gifts or hospitality exceeding a pre-determined value (e.g., $100) must be reported and approved. Sponsorships and charitable donations must not be used as a disguise for corruption.
